We had the great honor of producing the Finland’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 gala together with the brilliant team at Great Place To Work Finland. The iconic venue of Hilton Helsinki Kalastajatorppa came alive in a way that words can hardly capture – it was something you could only truly feel.
The evening was filled with an energy that carried from beginning to end: an emotional rollercoaster, striking performances, a deep sense of togetherness, and countless moments where the audience breathed in the same rhythm.
At UNIQ, events are, above all, about evoking emotion. Moments that are remembered – and that resonate. The client’s courage made it possible for the gala to become more than a traditional awards ceremony; instead, it evolved into a multi-layered experience – an event within which several small yet powerful moments unfolded. Our design approach was rooted in creating a cohesive whole where elegance and celebration met bold choices and immersive experiences. Visuals, lighting, soundscape, pacing, storytelling, and even the smallest details were all carefully orchestrated to support one another, ensuring the evening became more than just a single moment.
Finland’s best workplaces and an exceptional production team – we had the opportunity to build the vision together. It was a pleasure to produce an evening that celebrated thriving work communities, meaningful work, and the power of collaboration. The outstanding cuisine and world-class service at Kalastajatorppa crowned the experience, completing a memorable occasion that will surely stay with many for a long time.
